On November 13th, Type B SCAs in Moldova participated in an enriching business development training led by Benedikt Heid, expert from Sparkasse Allgäu. 

During the session, participants gained valuable insights into strategic and operational planning, setting and assigning KPIs, and motivating teams to achieve ambitious targets. Through this training, participants had deepened their knowledge in the field of business planning and development—skills that will strengthen the SCA’s position in the financial sector.

At the end of the training session each participant received a certificate of attendance. We thank our colleague Benedikt Heid a lot for his very professional and valuable contribution to this event, and we thank also all participants for their active engagement and strong commitment!
