GSM and the NCASCA intensify their cooperation in the framework of the GSM project “Access to Finance for the Sustainable and Climate Adaptive Development of Rural Areas in the Republic of Moldova “. NCASCA is increasing and further developing the support for its members and clients, the Moldovan Savings and Credit Associations (SCA).  As a base for future cooperation GSM and NCASCA have signed a Cooperation Agreement on 12^th January 2022. Current priority of the cooperation is the creation and strengthening of rules and regulations as well as of working capacities on the NCASCA side, to fulfil its managing and supervising role in the national SCA sector. In this connection, the GSM support for the development of a national SCA sector strategy is the current first priority of the cooperation.
