From November 20 till 24, 2023, the German Sparkassenstiftung Moldova organised a Training of Trainers (ToT) for the DSIK Micro Business Game. The ToT was attended by 21 participants, which are training experts and teachers from Vocational Education Schools, VET Centers of Excellence, Universities, as well as independent trainers.
The DSIK Micro Business Game improves entrepreneurial and financial literacy by developing or changing business behavior. The game concept and environment ensure relevant know-how transfer as well as presentation, exchange and discussion of experts and participants.
By the introduction of basic accounting principles and financial tools, the DSIK Micro Business Game increases business development and administration capacities of current and future entrepreneurs.
By the participation in the ToT, the participants are acquiring know-how and skills like:
- Organisation and implementation of the board based DSIK Micro Business Game and its contents with different target groups.
- Facilitation of the DSIK Micro Business Game by utilizing the unique “Do-Reflect-Apply” approach for an interactive training provision.
- Gaining knowledge about different learning types and activation exercises for pro-active interaction.
- Participant management, time management, group dynamic, seminar organization.
- Monitoring & evaluation of the DSIK Micro Business Games
At the end of the ToT, participants received Certificates of Participation, which provide them the possibility to further qualification and development of their skills during a period of practical DSIK Micro Business Games provisions, which will be organised and implemented in cooperation with and supported by GSM in the upcoming months.
