On May 23 and 26, German Sparkassenstiftung Moldova organized a Training of Trainers (ToT) session within the project “Capacitating Homeowner Associations in Managing Energy Efficiency Financing – GIZ E4M Project | Contract No. 81321305”, funded by GIZ. The event took place at the office of DSIK and brought together 8 trainers and experts from CNED, who work with or for DSIK. The training was conducted in Romanian by Marina Lizanciuc, acting as Project Manager within the project.
During the ToT session, participants received the necessary materials and information to prepare and deliver training sessions for the target group — directors, members, and activists of Associations of Property Owners in Condominiums (APCs) across the Republic of Moldova. The program also included interactive activities and problem-solving exercises, which strengthened participants’ practical understanding and encouraged active engagement.
At the end of the training, each participant completed an individual assessment test designed to evaluate the competencies acquired throughout the program. Following the successful completion of the ToT, all participants received Certificates of Trainers.
